Energy-efficient BuildingCopyright: energie-fuer-morgen.de
This course of lectures builds up on basic knowledge of building physics in terms of heat protection regulations, focusing on basic information regarding energy-efficient design as well as the construction, renovation, or operation of buildings. The course of lectures addresses global and political framework conditions, building typologies, energy standards, as well as national and international regulations or guidelines. Key issues are the “Energieeinsparverordnung” (EnEV, the German Energy Conservation Act), the energy certificate for non-residential buildings (“Energieausweis für Nichtwohngebäude“), and the provisions of DIN V 18599 for non-residential buildings.
